When applying, it is best to use two thin coats instead of one heavy coat. Allow mascara to dry between coats. Apply from the base of the lashes to the outer tips. Apply to bottom lashes also. Deborah's Mascara can be removed easily with the Gentle Cleansing Wash or the Cleansing Creme. Deborah's Collection does not carry a waterproof mascara because the formulations do not allow the lashes to breath or receive needed moisture.
