Rayon falls so softly so perfect for this style skirt. The print is kinda 80s with the bright colors on black background but what really drew me to it is the Australian Aboriginal art look with the dot work that seems to tell a story of traveling. The circular patterns represent billabongs or waterholes and the dotted lines between are the paths taken to get there. I'm off on a tangent about why I love this fabric. Headbands available in this print also. Skirt is made with shirred wide waistband that fits a variety of waist sizes from about 20" - 36" with stretch available. Black elastic belt sold separately under 'BELTS'. Measures: W = 19" - 36", H = 50", length = 21". Mint condition - NEW. Gentle machine wash.
