This cute skirt and halter top is newly created to have that retro reproduction look. Halter top ties at back neck for adjustable fit with front hem featuring a beaded fringe. Two back ties also make for adjustment. Fits today's small to medium sizes. Skirt measures: W = 29" and stretches to 33" with back elastic, H = 38", L = 16.5".
